1. Agreement

By accessing or using the platform, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you are using the platform on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

2. Accounts and roles

The platform supports advertiser, publisher, agency, and administrator roles. You are responsible for the activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure.

3. Advertiser obligations

  • Ads and creatives must comply with our advertising content policy and applicable law.
  • Submitted ads may be reviewed before approval; we may reject or remove non-compliant content.
  • You are responsible for the funds you deposit and the spend you authorize.

4. Publisher obligations

  • You may only place ad zones on properties you own or are authorized to monetize.
  • Invalid traffic, fraud, or manipulation of impressions/clicks is prohibited and may forfeit earnings.
  • Revenue share and payout terms are shown in your dashboard.

5. Payments, billing, and payouts

Deposits, ad spend, and payouts are processed through our payment and payout providers. Minimum amounts, fees, and timing are displayed at the point of transaction. Settlement and payout schedules may vary.

6. Acceptable use

You may not misuse the platform, attempt to bypass security or tracking controls, scrape without permission, or use it to distribute unlawful, deceptive, or harmful content.

7. Intellectual property

You retain rights to the content you upload and grant us a license to host, process, and serve it for the purpose of operating the platform.

8. Disclaimers and liability

The platform is provided “as is” without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may stop using the platform at any time.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated through the platform.
